I graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Spanish. My love for working with children led me to pursue Speech-Language Pathology in the Communication Disorders program at the University of Texas at Dallas. I gained clinical experience working for UTD's Early CLASS program, a preschool program targeting social communication and language for children diagnosed with ASD, as well as in a school district and an outpatient setting. During my coursework at UTD, I worked as a Teaching Assistant and Shadow here at KidSpeak. The experience truly touched my heart; the passion and dedication that go into making KidSpeak a naturalistic, fun learning environment while addressing each child's needs individually serves as an inspiration. In 2010, I graduated from UTD with my Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders. I am blessed and honored to be a part of the KidSpeak team!
