Laramie Martin, BS, SLPA

I graduated from Stephen F Austin State University with my bachelors in communication science disorders in 2018. I began working in a pediatric private practice shortly after graduating until beginning graduate school at Emerson College for speech pathology in 2021.

I was fortunate to have been placed at KidSpeak for one of my clinical placements for graduate school this last semester and upon completing my clinical placement, I have decided to stay and join the KidSpeak team as an SLPA! Working with children  and being able to put the fun in functional has always been a passion of mine and KidSpeak is just the place for that. Learning from Amanda, Laura, and all the wonderful children and families at KidSpeak this past semester has been a truly amazing eye-opening experience!

I look forward to continuing to work with the children, families, and clinicians at KidSpeak and learning so much more!

(Laramie joined the KidSpeak, LLC in the Spring of 2023.)

Aiyana Salters, BS, SLPA

Hello! My name is Aiyana Salters and I am excited to return to the KidSpeak family this summer! Here is a little info about me. I am not originally from Texas, but I have lived here for over 10 years and I now call Texas my home. I enjoy taking long walks near the lake, singing and reading books. I have recently expanded my interests beyond self-help books to mystery and romance novels.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology at the University of North Texas in 2016. I also received a Master of Arts in Innovative Early Childhood Education at CU Denver in May of 2024.

I believe that children are capable and competent humans who have always proven to be the best teachers. I know there is a wealth of things we can all learn from children. I enjoy guiding their learning and inspiring them to be confident and flexible learners. I am thrilled to support children and their families at KidSpeak!

(Aiyana has been a value TEAM member at KidSpeak, LLC sincce 2017 as a Shadow, Teaching Assistant and Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant.)
